Step Angle

Motor Length

Construction

Motor Characteristics

Shaft configuration

SKCmanufactures stepper motors in a wide range of Nema sizes (11, 14, 16, 17, 23, and 34), many step angles (0.9°, 1.8°, 3.6°, 3.75° and 11.25°), and with or without steel housings, in a large spectrum of torque outputs, and with the choice of a single or double shaft.

SKCmotors features bidirectional operation using digital control of speed and positioning, with an excellent response to acceleration, deceleration and set commands, and only a +/-5% noncumulative positioning error of the step angle. The open loop system means no position feed back is required. SKC motors have holding torque when energized, low speed/high torque characteristics without gear reduction, and inherent detent torque. SKC stepper motors can be stalled without causing motor damage. No brushes and precision ball bearings mean a longer, trouble-free life.
